Dashboard

The dashboard summarises the most important aspects of your club. It shows the latest activity and shortcuts to key pages in Ledenbeheer.

Active members

This shows the number of active members in your club. Who counts as an active member?
​

1. People currently registered for an active course.

2. People registered for a future course or additional activity.

3. Members who have used a session from their session pass in the past three months.

4. When a course ends, these members are automatically removed from the active member count.
   ​

Registrations awaiting approval

This shortcut takes you directly to registrations awaiting approval. You can find more information about approving registrations here.

Outstanding cost notes

This shortcut takes you to the menu where you can follow up on outstanding cost notes.

Open orders

Besides its payment status, a webshop order also has a status showing whether the product has been delivered. This shortcut takes you directly to open orders that have not yet been delivered.

Recent registrations

This section lists the most recent registrations, including the participant’s name, the selected activity and the registration date.

The icon also shows the type of registration.
