Danspunt integration

What is Danspunt?

Danspunt is a partner for dance teachers, creators and dance associations passionate about movement and dance creation in Flanders and Brussels. It supports them artistically, educationally and professionally.

What does the integration do?

It automatically registers members for insurance with Danspunt, without you having to send member lists manually.

How does the integration work?

For each activity, you can specify whether its members should be insured through Danspunt.

Members who register for the activity and make a partial or full payment are sent directly to Danspunt for insurance.

Danspunt sends you an invoice for the members registered.

Complete the club profile

After activating the integration, complete the registration form once. When you save it, a new “Danspunt” menu appears in the navigation bar.

Errors

This list shows members with incorrect or missing information that prevents insurance registration. Duplicate members also appear here.

Rate

Here you decide whether insurance is mandatory for members and how much you charge. By default, it is optional and Danspunt’s standard rates apply.

If you do not want to charge members separately, for example because insurance is included in course fees, set the price to €0.

Danspunt offers two types of rate:

• Annual membership (€3 per member)

• Daily membership (€0.50 per member per day)

You can also adjust the default period to suit your organisation.

Choose insurance settings for each activity

For each activity, decide whether members must be insured through Danspunt and which rate applies.

For weekly activities (courses), you can choose only annual membership, because daily membership would be much more expensive.

Insure members manually with Danspunt through Ledenbeheer

As with a standard registration, click “Add registration”. At the bottom of the right-hand column, select “Danspunt membership” and follow the steps. Once the cost note is paid, these members are sent to Danspunt automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Does the integration work retroactively?

Yes. You can activate it even after registrations have begun.

To do this, go to Danspunt > Rate and make insurance mandatory.
Then, on the Settings tab, enable the integration for each course whose members should be sent to Danspunt.

Can I use the Danssport Vlaanderen and Danspunt integrations together?

Yes

Who is not insured automatically?

Club board members, session pass users and course organisers cannot be insured automatically. You must insure these members manually.
