UiTPAS and UiTdatabank integration

Our UiT integration includes both UiTPAS and UiTdatabank.
What is UiTPAS?
UiTPAS is a benefits card for a wide range of leisure activities. Does it give a discount? Yes, for those who need it.
People on a low income can receive the reduced rate with their UiTPAS. They can obtain the card with proof of their eligibility, for example from their OCMW or health insurance fund.
They can then pay a reduced price for local UiTPAS activities, such as sports camps, playground activities or concerts.

How does the UiTPAS integration work?
For your members
Customers enter their UiTPAS code while registering for an activity.
Note: a UiTPAS code cannot be added after registration, and the reduced rate cannot be applied retroactively. The code must be entered during registration.
After entering their code, they click "Check". If it is valid, they see a confirmation and immediately receive the reduced rate they are entitled to.
If the code is invalid, they see an error message and no reduced rate is applied.
After registration, we automatically register the sale with UiTPAS.

Members automatically receive the reduced rate they are entitled to.
Their participation is immediately registered for the event in UiTdatabank.
What is UiTdatabank?
Whether it is an outing, sports activity, card evening, fair, course, concert, exhibition or film, UiTdatabank accepts a wide range of leisure activities. It supplies information to more than 1,000 calendars, including UiTinVlaanderen, local authority websites, themed calendars, printed publications and mobile apps. Your activity can appear in many of them. Each year, 28,000 organisers promote activities through UiTdatabank and reach more than 3 million people.
How does the UiTdatabank integration work?
Activities created in Ledenbeheer are sent automatically to UiTdatabank. Your offerings can then appear in more than 1,000 local calendars, print publications and apps.
Events whose registration period has ended are no longer synchronised.
How do you activate and set up the UiTPAS integration?
Activate
Activate the UiT integration under Settings > Integrations.
A one-off activation fee of €50 applies. This activates access to both UiTPAS and UiTdatabank.
General settings
Once activated, configure UiTPAS under Settings > Integrations.
To synchronise activities with UiTdatabank, select the first checkbox. You can then choose which courses to synchronise with UiTdatabank.
To use UiTPAS as well, enter your organisation number or indicate that you do not yet have an organisation and create one. UiTPAS works only when UiTdatabank is active.
You must apply for UiTPAS through your municipality. Not every municipality supports UiTPAS, so contact yours for details.
Configure locations
Under Settings > Locations, specify the location type and save it for each location.
Settings for each activity
UiTdatabank
On each activity's Settings tab, select its type and theme. These are required to synchronise the event with UiTdatabank.
Once they are set and the activity is published, it is sent automatically to UiTdatabank.
In the overview of all activities, a black UiTPAS logo indicates that an activity has been synchronised with UiTdatabank.
UiTPAS
For each activity, choose whether to allow a UiTPAS discount. On the Discounts tab, decide whether the UiTPAS reduced rate applies and whether it can be combined with other discounts.
In the overview of all activities, a green UiTPAS logo indicates that the UiTPAS discount is active for that activity.
