Do holidays affect your activities?

Will you hold classes during school holidays? What about public holidays?

The holiday schedule makes it easier to set up your sessions.

Set up a holiday schedule in advance to mark weeks or days without classes.

When you set up sessions for an activity or course, those days are marked with a blue exclamation icon.

How do you set up the holiday schedule?

Belgian public holidays and school holiday periods have already been added.

You can turn them off if you do hold classes on a day such as Whit Monday.

You can add your own breaks, such as exam periods or weeks without classes. They are marked while you manage sessions, making it easier to spot weeks with no classes.

1. Find the holiday schedule under Settings.

2. Click the image or the button.

3. To add a holiday or week without classes, click Add holiday.

4. Click Add holiday.

5. Click the course you want to edit.

6. Click Period.

7. Enter the first and last class dates.

8. Choose the day of the week and time.

9. Click Next to create the class schedule.

10. Classes during a holiday period now have a blue icon, so you can remove them more easily.

Remove all holiday dates from sessions in bulk

The holiday schedule marks classes during holidays but does not remove them automatically. Use Bulk edit if you want to remove all classes that fall within holiday periods.
