Use your account balance at checkout
Members can use this balance to pay for courses or activities. Think of it as account credit.
Settings
In the Session Passes module, go to Session Passes > Settings and enable the option that lets users spend their session pass balance as prepaid credit at checkout. Once you save this setting, you can add credit to a member’s profile.
Add credit
Go to Session Passes > Top up.
Enter the member’s name and click Search. Next to their name, click Top up and enter the amount you want to add to the account.
In the next step, choose whether the top-up is free. If you do not see this option, enable the setting described in the first step of this guide. Click Next.
The member receives an email notifying them that the club has added credit to their account.
Use credit at checkout
After adding a course to the basket, you will see the payment options. If the member has account credit, an option to pay with that balance appears. If the balance covers the full amount, choose Pay with account balance. Otherwise, you can use it for part of the payment. Click Complete and confirm your choice.
You cannot buy a session pass with your account balance because that balance already represents your session pass credit.
