The registration page is the page your members see when they want to register with your organisation.
To preview your registration page, click "Open public registration page" in the menu on the left.
Set up your Ledenbeheer registration page
Use Settings > Registration page to choose how the page looks.
Overview page (overview of your offerings)
The overview page shows your full range of courses and activities to visitors.

You can show an optional message to visitors and members at the top of the registration pages.

Your registration page has a default link, which you can change to something easier to type or remember.

Categories
Create categories under Settings > Registration page > Categories.
You can organise your registration page to suit your needs. By default, Ledenbeheer displays your offerings in two sections: "Courses" and "Activities".
You can also assign categories to courses so the registration page displays courses by category.
Categories can also serve as filters, helping members find what they need more quickly. Filters always appear at the top of registration pages.

To create a category, click "Add category" at the top right.
Enter the category name, then add subcategories.
Press Enter after each subcategory, then click "Save".
Example: Group classes by day of the week
Create a "Weekday" category with the subcategories Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Options:
Available for courses: Should this category appear for courses?
Available for activities: Should this category appear for activities?
Required: Must this category be selected for every course or activity?
Multiple values: Can a course or activity have several subcategories?
Use as a filter on the overview page
Show as information on the detail page
Once you have saved the category and made it available for courses or additional activities, you can select it in a course's Settings tab.
If no categories have been created or made available, none will appear under "Manage courses".
Detail page
Pay in instalments
WHERE? Before using this option, set up instalment payments under Settings > Payment options

Choose how to display the price of a course or activity on your registration page:
Show both prices
Monthly price only
Full price only
After setting this up, you can specify the requirements for each course: set up instalment payments for each course
Show levels
Shows the course level on the detail page.
Show sessions
Shows the number of sessions on the detail page.
Show calendar
Shows a calendar with the class dates on the detail page.
Limit registrations
Limit registrations to one per member, per course, in the selected categories or subcategories.
For example, if you offer the same ballet class on Monday and Wednesday, members must choose one of the two; they cannot register for both.
You can also choose the message members see in that situation.
Levels
Levels are available with the Plus licence.
You can assign a level to each member. Only members with the required level can register for a course or activity linked to that level.
Create levels under Settings > Registration page > Levels.
Create a level category
First, create a category for the level, such as hip-hop, padel or tennis. These are separate from the categories on the Categories tab.

Select "Members must have the correct level to register" only if you want to prevent members from registering for a course when they do not have the required level.
This setting makes your registration page show only the courses and activities that match the member's level.
Create levels
Then define all the levels members can attain in that category, such as beginner and intermediate.

Check the order of the levels carefully: the top entry is the lowest level, and levels further down the column are higher.
Assign levels to your members
Once you have created the levels, assign them to members on their profile pages.

Members receive an email when they are assigned a level.

You can disable this automatic email under Settings > Registration page > Levels.
Share: tell members about your offerings
Go to Settings > Registration page > Share.
You can share your courses and activities with members in the following ways:
A link on your website
Every club has a unique link it can use to share its courses with members. Four links are available:

Embed the registration page directly in your website
You can embed Ledenbeheer in your website with just two lines of code. Find the code under Settings > Registration page > Share.
Ledenbeheer will then load within your website.
