Dashboards

A dashboard is a collection of widgets showing figures, notes or charts. We provide several standard dashboards, and you can create your own with the widgets that interest you most.

You can also copy a standard dashboard and adjust it to your needs.

Choose the dashboard you want to view in the top left. On the right, select the period for which figures should be calculated. Use the plus icon to add widgets or create a new dashboard.

Each dashboard also has settings you can manage with the gear icon in the top right.

Widgets

A widget can be a chart, note, figure or map. You can drag widgets and resize them. They are grouped into these categories:

2. Session passes

3. Courses

4. Finance

5. Registrations

6. Members

7. Webshop

8. Ticket sales

There are more than 60 fully configurable widgets. Examples include:

2. Number of active members

3. Active members during a period

4. Members from my municipality

7. Members by age group

8. Map of member addresses

9. Members by city

10. Discounts and their distribution

11. Session pass usage

Frequently asked questions about statistics

How can I see how many members take a one-hour, 75-minute or 45-minute class, regardless of how many sessions we offer each week?

Use the “Number of members by weekly class hours/sessions” widget.

Does the “Number of registrations per year” widget use the registration date or the course period?

The chart uses the registration date. A registration made in 2024 for a course in 2025 therefore appears under 2024.
