Add your logo, colours and email signature, configure your email server, and set SMS options.

Emails in your own branding

You can add your own branding to Ledenbeheer under "Settings" > "Communication".

Personalise emails to match your branding. Upload your logo, select a colour scheme and choose fonts that suit your style.

Email footer/signature

You can set the signature under "Settings" > "Communication".

Since 1 January 2020, the law has required all legal entities, including non-profit associations (vzw's), to include the following details in all written communications, such as emails, letters and expense notes:
​

  1. Name of the legal entity (the name of the non-profit association).

  2. Legal status (vzw).

  3. Registered office address of the association or business.

  4. RPR (the court responsible for the registered office).

  5. Email address and website of the association or business.

You can enter this information in the footer (the signature of every email).

Email server settings

SMS

After enabling the SMS feature under "Settings" > "Licence", you can also send SMS messages through Ledenbeheer.

The settings menu contains two options:

  1. Also send SMS messages to guardian numbers provided on a registration form or in the contact list: By default, SMS messages go to the phone number in the member profile. If you enable this option, they also go to the guardian’s number.

  2. SMS notifications for payment reminders: If you enable this option, an SMS is sent alongside each payment reminder email. You can choose the text sent with payment reminders.
