Share videos with your members through Ledenbeheer

Sharing videos with your members is easy. Recorded a class or training session? You can share it with enrolled members through Ledenbeheer. Follow these three steps:

Step 1: Record

Record your class or training session.

Step 2: Upload

Choose YouTube or Vimeo. We recommend Vimeo; the reasons are explained in our article 3 benefits of Vimeo for dance schools.

Upload to YouTube

Upload the video to YouTube and set its visibility to "Unlisted". The video will not appear on your channel. Only members with the link can watch it.

Upload to Vimeo

For "Who can watch this video?", choose "Hide from Vimeo". Members will not see a link they can share with others. Copy the video's link and add it to the Video Zone in Ledenbeheer.

Step 3: Add it to Ledenbeheer

In Ledenbeheer, open Video Zone and click Add video.

1. Give your video a name. This name appears in the video overview.

2. Paste the video link into the appropriate field.

3. Enter the date when the video was recorded so you can find it later.

4. Add a description or explanation if needed.

5. Choose which activities can access this video. You can type in the field to select one or more activities.

6. Save the information.

Done! Users who have enrolled and paid for the relevant course will see the video in their Ledenbeheer profile.

Permissions

1. Access to the Video Zone: Choose whether the selected administrator can manage the Video Zone.

2. Permission to add videos to your activities: Allow an instructor to add videos to their course or activity.
