Create a discount code
Ledenbeheer discount codes let you offer a discount to individual members. Members enter the code in their basket.
Create discount codes under Settings > Discounts > Discount codes.
Click the green Add discount code button at the top of the page, then enter the following details:
Name: An internal name or label for the code, such as “Instructor discount code”.
Discount code: The code members enter in their basket.
Discount: Enter a fixed amount or a percentage.
Total uses allowed: Set how many times all members together may use this code.
Uses per member: Set how many times one member may use the code.
Normally, the discount applies to each course in the basket. If you set Uses per person to 1, it applies only once, regardless of the number of courses in the basket.
Valid from: The date when members may start using the code.
Valid until: The last date the code can be used. It is deactivated afterwards.
Can be combined: Choose Yes to add this code to other basket discounts, or No to let Ledenbeheer apply only the highest discount.
Approval required: Choose Yes if a club administrator must approve every order using this code under Orders awaiting approval on the dashboard. Choose No to apply it automatically.
Courses: Select the courses and price categories for which the code is valid.
