What is a presale waiting room?

When registration opens for a new season, large groups of visitors first enter a waiting room instead of all trying to access the page at once. Once registration officially starts, visitors are admitted to the registration page in stages.

How does it work?

This works much like ticket sales for major events such as Tomorrowland, where you can see how many people are ahead of you and roughly how long you may have to wait:

1. Automatic waiting room: Visitors enter a queue two hours before registration opens.

2. Staged access: Visitors gain access to the registration page one at a time.

3. Live updates: Members can see how many people are ahead of them and an estimated wait time.
