What the dashboard measures

Statistics turn your inventory and reservation data into practical insights. The renewed page loads the complete dataset, including clubs with more than 1,000 costume records, and shows a clear error state if a section cannot be calculated.

Inventory overview

• Total costume records and total pieces in stock.

• Items by label, size, color, type or storage location.

• Missing photos, items still to count and ordered quantities.

• Estimated collection value based on purchase price and quantity.

Usage and reservations

Use reservation statistics to see which costumes are requested most often, what is currently reserved and how usage changes across performances and classes. Low usage can identify costumes suitable for the Marketplace.

Marketplace statistics

Owners can review requests, active rentals, rental income and service fees. Marketplace datasets are paginated correctly, so totals are not limited to the first page of results.

Improve the accuracy

• Keep sizes and stock quantities up to date.

• Enter purchase prices when collection value matters.

• Use consistent labels and storage locations.

• Close or update reservations when costumes return.
