Organise performances and classes

Create a performance

Open Performances & classes and choose New performance. Add a recognisable name, dates and the information your team needs. Save the performance before adding classes, participants or costume planning.

Add classes and groups

Add the classes or groups taking part in the performance. If your club uses the Ledenbeheer integration, synchronised courses and registrations can help you reuse the correct groups and members.

Add participants

Add or select the participants for each class. Check names and, where relevant, dates of birth before assigning costumes. A participant can be included in several parts of the same performance.

Build the running order

Arrange classes and acts in the order they appear on stage. Add timings, breaks and transitions so teachers, costume managers and backstage volunteers share one plan.

DanceVault warns you about possible conflicts, such as a participant who has too little time to change costumes between two acts. Review warnings before finalising the schedule.

Plan costumes

Open an act or class to link the costumes needed for that part. Use the reservation overview to check availability and assign the right size or quantity. Costume requests and approvals are explained in the separate reservation guide.

Review and share

Reload the page after major changes to confirm that the latest version is saved. Review the running order with your team and export or share the available overview when preparing rehearsals and the performance day.

If information is missing

• Check whether the class or member has been synchronised from Ledenbeheer.

• Confirm that your role can manage performances and participants.

• Check costume stock and overlapping reservation periods.

• Resolve conflict warnings before publishing the final planning.
