Assign the right level of access and keep administrator accounts secure.

Go to Management & more → Users & permissions.

Available management roles

  • administrator;

  • planner;

  • performance submitter;

  • approver;

  • financial manager;

  • read-only user.

Secure access management

  • Grant only the access someone needs.

  • End access when a board member or employee leaves.

  • Use individual accounts, not shared logins.

  • Administrators can sign out through the top menu.

A valid passkey counts as strong authentication, so ClubWerk does not request an additional two-step code afterwards. The environment switcher is only shown to users with access to multiple clubs.
