4. Set Up Club Details

Go to Management & more → Club settings.

Complete at least these details

• official and public club name;

• company number and legal form;

• registered and correspondence address;

• general email address and phone number;

• website and contact person;

• default location when most activities take place in one place;

• season start as a fixed day and month;

• insurer, policy number and accident contact.

Why the official name matters

The official organisation name is used for billing and links with Stripe and Odoo. Check its spelling carefully.
