15. Review Performances

Check actual hours, attendance, status and compensation for completed assignments.

Go to Performances → Hours & performances. ClubWerk only shows completed performances that still require attention.

Check each performance

  • planned and actual start and end time;

  • break and total duration;

  • attendance or absence;

  • replacement;

  • source of confirmation, such as Ledenbeheer;

  • linked role and legal status;

  • calculated compensation and warnings.

Adjust hours

Open Enter deviation to adjust the actual start and end time; ClubWerk calculates the duration. Choose Planning is correct when the scheduled hours were actually worked. Register zero hours for a no-show.

Attendance from Ledenbeheer

When a responsible person is marked present in Ledenbeheer, ClubWerk uses the scheduled duration as a proposal. The times remain editable.

Imported attendance without a linked status remains a blocked draft. Explicitly link the correct status and role before approval.
