Connect Ledenbeheer and Ponto, and understand what is synchronised or retained.

Connect Ledenbeheer

  1. Open the Ledenbeheer tile.

  2. Enter the partner key.

  3. Test the connection.

  4. Select the permitted club.

  5. Start the first synchronisation.

  6. Review courses, responsible persons, sessions, registrations and attendance in the combined course overview.

  7. Choose per course whether it appears in planning and set the required number of team positions; zero is allowed.

  8. Check locations and participant groups per teacher.

What remains preserved?

Add missing location addresses manually. A temporary responsible person is removed from future classes during the next synchronisation when they are no longer assigned in Ledenbeheer. Manually corrected names and the choice to archive or exclude a course remain unchanged.

Attendance of responsible persons can flow into Hours & performances. ClubWerk proposes start and end times, which the club can adjust. Disabling the integration stops synchronisation and removes the key but retains imported data.

Connect Ponto open banking

Ponto uses the Customer Paying Model.

  1. Open Ponto open banking.

  2. Review the price and choose Connect account via Ponto.

  3. Sign in to Ponto, select accounts and grant the required account, transaction and payment permissions.

  4. Review the connected accounts and estimated monthly cost.

  5. Choose Update transactions. Some banks process this asynchronously.

  6. Choose Check payments to match unique bank transactions to payment lists.

  7. Start a payment from Payments, choose a source account and confirm at the bank.

Costs and disconnection

Ponto invoices the club directly at €4 per connected account per month. ClubWerk does not charge a fixed monthly fee for this integration.

When Disconnect Ponto is selected, ClubWerk revokes active accounts and removes the encrypted access token. Transactions and audit information remain available. When bank consent expires, Reconnect is shown.

Connection and billing

The club can see who accepted the pricing, when the connection became active, the number of billable accounts, the current monthly estimate and the Ponto support reference. Technical keys and certificates remain visible only to the ClubWerk platform environment.
